Most of the time, it is enough to slowly approach the card in a landscape direction to the upper back area of ​​the phone, where the camera is usually, without actually touching it, although it can also work well by touching the phone. As soon as a red circle of activity appears in the center of the screen, hold the card for a few moments at that point until the card is read/written. If you have difficulties, you can also try having the card placed on the back (touching the phone) before starting the application.RECHARGE PROCESS: 1) Open the app, 2) bring the transport card close to your phone to read it (do not remove it until you read a correctly recorded card message), 3) SEPARATE THE CARD, 4) pay your recharge, 5) RETURN TO THE APP TO RECORD THE CARD, 6) bring the transport card back to the back of your phone (do not remove it until you get a message that the card has been successfully recorded), 7) check that your card has been recharged by reading the card again to verify that the balance or the start/end date, in monthly installments, has been updated, otherwise the operation will be pending and you will have to repeat the recording process.If any error occurs or the card recording takes more than approx 2 seconds, or you dont see the red activity circle in the center of the screen in card reading/writing, please close the app completely, reopen it and follow the instructions on the screen.Never close the app after payment. You must return to the application once you have been authorized.Only ATMV coordinated SUMA and temporary tickets can be recharged.
